Just got back from a 4 1/2 hour visit to Doc in a Box. Couldn't get an appointment with my regular physician, and I couldn't stand the pain in my foot any longer, so I spent my afternoon reading magzines, while I waited to be seen.
I have to wait for a blood test to confirm, but it sure seems like I have the gout. Almost all my toes are red, purple and swollen now.
This so totally stinks.
Next Goal: Swim 500m
